In order to complete the document preparation assignment, which should be relatively simple, follow the steps below:
1. Go the the Atlantic website (or any magazine where articles of substance are published) and chose any article to manipulate, using the author of the article as the “author” of the MLA 8 paper. You can just scribble your name somewhere in the header, so that I know the identity of the submission.
2. Convert the original digital article to an MLA 8 paper, as presented in the course thus far.
3. Use the appropriate Works Cited format for an online magazine to compose the Works Cited page.
You don’t have to use the entire article from the Atlantic, just enough to clear a couple of pages to show the numbering method. It is required that papers be submitted as print-outs at the beginning of class. Don’t forget to staple the document.
