On January 1, 2012, the Connecticut Community Technical College System became a part of the larger system of Connecticut College and Universities, governed by a single Board of Regents. An event was held on December 15, 2011, to commemorate the previous forty-five years as a community college system and to say thank you to the Board of Trustees. Selected interviews and pictures from the event are included to represent that celebration. All still images by Allison Egan, Public Relations Associate from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
